The code should be working for both EUNE and EUW.

Otherwise You send me the payment on paypal and then I enter the skin code on Your account via TeamViewer 8. It will be sent as "family and friends" with a text about the skin.
The price should be moving around ~20 euro for EUNE and ~30 euro for EUW I guess.
