The account is NOW GOLD 3(Skipped divisions from 5 to 3 so the MMR is pretty high) at 0 LP with around 40 champs, 5 full rune pages, 14500 IP to make up for not having too many champions as well as a 10 win IP boost. Also, as stated above, the LP gain is always +23 and you will get matched with gold 1 / platinum 5 people pretty much every game. There is also a high chance that the next division will be skipped and you'll get promoted to gold 1 when you win your promotions.
