I don't know wheter you're looking for something to smurf on or a secondary main account, but anyway :

I have a Gold IV smurf on EUW with original email but it's just a smurf, it has 16 450/1350 IP champs and an AD rune page (I can push an AP rune page in 5-10 days aswell if u want). It only has 10 ranked games which means it has a very high MMR because the placement matches were 9 wins 1 loss, you will probably skip 2 divisions (gold 4 to gold 2 etc.).
