one skin / champ Lottery EUW!
Hello ,
Think about some idea , Lottery !
Someone from u guys , will get Skin / Champ for 1EURO only !
Ill make that like that ,
everybody that want to be in the lottery , will need to pay 1 EURO to my Paypal account , and write there :"i want to be in your lottery ."
then , after 20~30 peoples will do that ,
ill use
random.org
to choose the winner , and he will send me PM what champ / skin he want from my RP .(No ultimate)

It´s not allowed to offer gambling in the whole board:

In fact in lottery you dont pay 1 million to receive 1 million, you pay 4 € or something like that to receive 1 million here you pay 1 € to receive a skin worth in 5

Yeah but lotteries don't gain 5x more cash for them. That's the difference. They have only small % gain from it when he tries to gain around 500% more than winner.
