GOT SCAMMED. WHAT TO DO?
Ok, here is the thing. My real life friend got scammed by some guy. He wanted to buy an account from him, they contacted each other via facebook. So he sent him 75€ in paysafe codes and of course that guy just used it and never gave him what he payed for. So his question is : is there anything he can do about it since he has his real life information as name, address, IP address etc. Can he send that to police or something like that, call a lawyer? Dunno It's probably a stupid question, but whatever... Help please, thanks!

They can't do anything. You gotta call PSC and report this problem, thats only the solution left

There's great guides on this forum about how to handle account buying. If your friend was stupid enough to blindly trust someone than that's his own mistake and no-one can do anything about that. Getting scammed sucks but it's easy to avoid aswell.

they got in theirs rules , that they are not refunding the money when the code has been already used etc
it also say to dont give the code to anyone else etc , you can read it on theirs website
otherwise everyone could just write to them all time long saying theirs code was stolen or used by someone else
they cant check who used it , if it was ur friend that u passed the code or ur mom or urself or whoever else
you can always go to the police but i doubt they help you with that low amount , and really trading via facebook lol man that made me like O.O

Always follow our trading tips to avoid such a fraud:
There is nothing we can do about it but your friend could report him to the police, even tho the chances may be bad to find this guy.
By the way, this isn't a discussion section.
