League of legends MAIN account (Up to 2000$)

If you don't read my thread and add me for a random noob account that I am not interested in,I will automatically block you

Requirements for the account :

*Diamond Season 2 Solo Queue
*Season 3 ranking silver or higher
*Has all champions.
*Has been playing for a relatively long time so maybe some special icons.
*A lot of skins including limited/rare/legendary and unavailable skins.
*Skins must be 200+ (Must include very rare and special skins like pax/tpa/santa/legendary skins).
*Not less than 20 rune pages.
*All runes suitable for all roles (AD carry,AD,AP,AP/AD hybrid,support,tank etc.)
*The account must have clear history,maybe some normal bans for leaving flaming but nothing serious or very long bans.
*The account can be on any server (Preferably EUNE or EUW).
*I am offering up to 2000$ depending on the number of skins,amount of special skins,elo and reputation of the account.

Don't add me for an account with all what I need but got like 200 skins and want me to pay you 2000$,you have a brain so use it

The most important things in the account I need is

Season 2 : Must be diamond soloq so it has diamond loading banner.
Skins : At least 200+ with at least 1 skin for 100+ champions.

I added him,he said the account was level 1 and I asked to show me account through skype screen share then immediately he appeared offline and probably blocked me since it says he is still online on elitepvpers.

Be careful when dealing with him.
