Account Requirements

1. NA Account
   
2. Lvl30
3. Comes with registered Email
4. Comes with welcome message from riot
5. Decent amount of champions no less then 10
6. 15,000ip or more unless the account has ezreal and singed then 5,000ip minimum is fine.
7. Account cannot have any bans
8. Will not go first no matter what, but will accept trusted middle man
9. Have at least a ad rune page with tier3 runes
