He didn't do the jobs he was supposed to, kept stalling customers and making excuses. I highly suggest anyone that bought from him should dispute their money.

Ok that is bad. I just knowed that he had problems in his life (cant tell more details) and so he had not much time for finishing the jobs. Maybe this is better for him and for all others. Because he was searching all the time for customer.
I didnt understand that. He is friendly, I can write with him hours over funny things. But he is the slowest pusher ._. now I must search something new.
(Sorry for my bad english, I am learning english)
