EloBoost anything betwen 0-1600

I want to offer you an cheap elo boost, the reason why I'm doing it is because my mainaccount got permbanned, and I need some money to build up my new account.
I dont know how much the prices are, but from what I've seen from other threads there's like:
0-1200 = 15€ each 100elo
1200-1400 = 20€ each 100 elo
1400-1500 = 25€ each 100 elo
1500-1600=30€ each 100 elo
also I can do a game for thumbs up or trusting(or whatever it's called) but than i want you to be someone trusted.
