It has these 60 champions:


And 3 rune pages with AD/AP/Tank runes:


It has like 4-5 skins so nothing important on that side, also you can see it has 1000 elo so it doesn't shine there either.

Still I do think is a perfect account to play any role you want with lots of champions. Also perfect to elo boost and resell since on the current market it is worth more than I'm selling it for.
