Care - He's a Scammer . Won't use Middleman, and wants other's to go first. Don't trust this Guy! If you say you want to Use middleman he instantly deletes you and verbally offends you.

If they're paying for the Middle Man why do you care? 30 € or 100 € is still an "amount" and even if you're not a scammer they should still be allowed to use a Middle Man..
