Don't pay a lot for accounts that have "Legacy" Skins or skins from Christmas 2011/2012 and Halloween 2012 (together with Shadow Isles)
All those skins will be avaible soon.
About Legacy Skins :
About Halloween / X-mas skins - they will be avaible now every year.
For example, at Christmas 2013, there will be avaibility to buy skins from christmas 2012 and 2011 (not 2010 or 2009), and at halloween 2013 it will be able to buy skins from Halloween 2012 or Shadow Isles (Skins from Halloween 2011/2010/2009 aren't avaible anymore).
