Buying lvl 30 account with 0 ranked games season 2
Hello guys, I want to buy a lvl 30 account with 0 ranked games on season 2 (season 1 doesn't matter), i prefer the account with champions and runes but it doesn't matter much if you don't have many champs/runes the price im willing to pay depends on the champs and runes that you have (i dont care about skins).
I can pay using paypal, psc or whatever you want.

i have platinum acc 54 champ low on runes but can make use for every role,4 rune pages,496 normals 100+ win ratio,0 ranked s2,have some skins,limited(lolipop poppy and ufo corki) and couple more normals. 50e is acc
