(WTS) Level 30 League of Legends account (All Champs unlocked)

I've got my own level 30 League of Legends account up for sale. I'm new to this forum, so I don't know much about how to go about this.

The account is Level 30 as stated. It has 39 skins unlocked (These do include the free 3 skins, Judgement Kayle, Riot Tristana and Unchained Alistar) But also include 8 of the "Legendary" skins. Which are worth 1820RP ($20) each.

I've never bothered with Ranked games, Low elo. 3 runepages (A DPS page, AP page and a Tank page) As well as a little bit (91) RP and a bit of IP on it.

Runepages: DPS is 31% worth of Attack speed runes. Some flat Magic Resist runes, and others. AP includes flat AP runes, mana regen runes, and Magic Pen runes. Tank is just the main tanky runes, MR and Armor runes.

I can provide receipts to the RP purchases, and any other info you need. I will post pics as requested for proof. I was looking to trade it for Steam accounts? selling it for money? TF2 Items? As well as anything people want to offer.

I know I may be asking a bit much for this account. I spent >300 dollars on various Skins and champions within the game. Those 8 Legendary Skins are worth $160 USD alone. That's 8/39 skins. I don't know how much it will actually be worth. But I really was looking at around 40-50% of what I've spent on it. As for the TF2 items, nothing in your backpack really interests me :/
