Russia In English?

Is there a way to set the russian or any other client's language to just english?
It seems russian is the only language i can select.

go into your client and look for a file called "locale.cfg"
(Should be in League of Legends > RADS > system)
It should say "locale = ru_ru". Change it to "locale = en_gb".
