Okay I see I tested it now on my main with 400 refs did 50level 10 accounts and cant click redeem on the 150mark... but with some more you can ! So you only need 1-5 more account on level 10 and it will work.

Wouldn't it be kind of suspicious if they see you have 100 referrals at level 10 all made on the same day, that's why I have not contacted support

No I did that 2 times now and they will only check that you get the rewards or only the half so they check that and when something is missing like rp they will add the rp to youre account. With like 200-1000 accounts it will be risky xD

I wouldn't do that. The chance that Riot checks your account and refs is pretty high, ofc they will see that these refs are botted.

Safe no chance is good that you get youre rp but do 1-2 refs more and you get the rewards ...
