League Of Legends - Get ingame informations ?

Hi guys.
I'd like to ask you guys, if someone of you does know how to retriefe addresses from specific monsters or champions.
Something like spawn timers and cooldowns.
It would be really interesting to know what steps you do to get those specific addresses.

You can use a debugger (ollydbg) or even cheatengine but without basic knowlege it will be hard and probably league of legends has a debug protection.
