Anyone got a LoL PBE account needed for bug test?

I think i might have found a bug with Lissandra but now i can't play her on the normal LoL and try it further so i really need a PBE account this Bug makes hur almost invincible and she can stand inside trees and places you're not supposed to be in so if anyone could spare me an account please PM ME
