vmware LoL problem

can someone help me with this error? every 3-4 games i get this error and it just stucks there til i press manually "Ok"

i'm using windows xp sp3 ,ULB bot as you can see in the screen picture

everything works perfectly fine til this error,i just have to press ok to make the bot start again but is anoying when i'm more then 3 hours afk(sleep/work)

"This error" might want you to use more memory for your virtual machine but I could be wrong since "this error" seems to be shy.

Yes. add like 660 ram per vm at all

ok i will try that ( its just that i maxed out my ram (8GB) since i'm using 6-7 vm (at 7 lags so much that from time to time my laptop freezes for a fiew seconds

but from what i see the error is from autoit (look at the icon on the bar menu,that triangle)
so i dont really agreed on on your opinion but like i said i will try that
