Best runes for Support

Hey guys.. which runes would be nice for supporter?

Taric,soraka janna etc..


Mana reg.. ap ? or which should i take

Hello Sir,

My English is not that good, but im sure you can understand what i want you to tell.

Im playing Support for a very long time now, and i think the Runes the other Guys posted are not that good.

If you play Support you dont need that much Armor or Movementspeed.

Im sure Resis are good, but you are not the Tank and it's not your Job to take the Damage.

So i figured the best Runes out for me.



I use this Runes for Sona to get a nice Amount of Manareg to support my AD and deal a little bit more Damage.

Im sure you can change some Runes for Armor or MRes.
