It is updated again.

after some patches it doesn't work instantly.

ye but basicly its only a "overlay" isnt it ? it doesnt do anything like dodge or spells or whatever. thats what i thought

im intersted in skillshot drawing and drawing dangerous spells that are no skillshots (like renekton w and pantheon w).
is this possible?

I don't think it's just an "overlay". For what i know, if you want to see spells cd and draw skillshots you have to reverse the game.
