I can't change maps for custom maps, or select another game language

it's correct tool, please delete the config.xml then re-open

aww we have 2 version
for NA/EU/OCE and the rest is for GARENA

due to the structure of each regions, you cant use the wrong tool

delete the config.xml and try with vietnamese ( backup server )
