Anytime I try to download / 3d View a skin, it comes up saying file corrupt.

Tried again a few hours later. Looks like it might of just been a server issue.

Bug splat. Don't know what happened, but upon launching client, it just disappears after a few seconds and bug splat comes. Over and over again. Fixed by forcing to re-download patcher files.

3D preview requires DirectX
it's just for preview, it's alright without it
