DO NOT DOWNLOAD! That copy of BoL is a virus, and overall BoL is bad anyway. If you want to use scripts, use EloBuddy. It works for 5.23, its free and virus free. It works well too.

Also, since people want more mods, I'll try to post my version of it everytime lol updates.
