I have tested it now, and its not working, i tried the bat file and i tried banning the ip´s manually and its not working.

I doesnt work, i have windows 7 and it´s not working, i tried to ban the ip´s manually but it´s not working so i think riot changed the ip´s for the pvp.net service.

works for more than 5 people but not for you, could be a problem with your firewall or so, i am sorry

Yes this works, but you have to need windows, and you have to start the .bat as administrator.

It's easy cmdline..
It just ad's some block IP's in Windows Firewall.
If you dont use proper windows version or have an other firewall <software> it cant work for you.

Oh been looking for this for a long time.I used another appear offline tool but it got patched :C. Really glad i found a working one

hatte große langeweile und dachte mir ich mach nen offline Captcha, sowas kann man Sehr gut seine eigenen Tools gebrauchen (mir fällt jetzt kein Beispiel ein :P)

Inhalt ist der Projektordner !
Es ist nur ein Grundbaustein, was man Ausbauen könnte daher nichts -krass besonderes. Trotzdem viel spaß :)
