elo bosster do that of course because boosting a person with 3 or 5 people in a solo queue is a lot easier and faster ^^ and you can boosting more then 2 at the same time xD

You can boost with all champs that you dont own and i think you can play fizz but the enemy team cant ban fizz because you dont own him when that works xD
