AP Hecarim

Hi guys!
Is there any AP Hecarim guide? Or does somebody of you play him and could tell me any tips?

The correct guide would be not to do it ^^ it will never be anything more than a bit of fun.

but core to the build will be: (assuming still jungle)

Spirit of the spectral wraith
Sorc Boots
Lichbane
Zohnyas (so after your ult you dont go splat)
Liandries torment


For runes i would go Mpen or hybrid reds, armour yellows, flat AP quints and Magic resistance blues.

Lol? Heca was nerfed even when he wasn't strong. Now he is just plain normal, maybe a bit useless bringing nothing new to the table.
Play him AP, I wanna see the ganks tho.

You cant build tanky and go AP, it's like the worst of both worlds. Zohnyas is the only way to stop yourself getting blown up after your ult with an AP build, so you might aswell burst for as much as possible!

I would stick to jungle Hecarim, not sure how this would work

You really need to build tanky, I've only seen one AP hec, but he was really good!

I would build jungle item what can burn lizard. then rush depens on enemy rylias and trinity are core for my ap heca its works with your w so its really op. + lyandras qual is awesome with him if you play vs op tanks it burns also 5 man all time with w

You can definitely have fun with AP Hecarim, but if you're midlane/jg, other champions will perform alot better than Hecarim.

dgrasp, dcap, lichbane.

u gonna be a 1 trick pony. ult in dgrasp midflight on desired target, lichbane procc on him
and die. u do a lot of aoe dmg and probably take 1 out of the enemys. hourglass could
make u survive the engage thou. but tbh u wont get that items at all if u dont manage
to somehow farm up at top or midlane and thats gonna be hard ;D.

Ive tried it in normal one time when i forgot to swich runes and masteries from AP, and its only fun to farm with that build. Nothing else, trust me

Its not worth trying ap Hecarim anymore since the nerf of his ulty long ago

Really i don't think that AP Heca, right now, is viable choice. You can do better with Hybrid off tank heca, or full tank heca. We are talking about a big nerfed champ, completly useless in early game, it can't snowball hard with damage build, it's so useful with tanky items, you know, in teamfights you have to go in with your ultimate, can split enemies and have so much utility, but, if you don't build any tanky item, you can't engage as well.
