Which ones?
There are reds and quints.
For kennen both reds and quints are strong together with flat ap blues and often 2x lifesteal quints.
Nidalee, Singed, Annie, Cho, Eve, Fizz, Lulu, Nid, Ori, Nunu, Shyvana, rammus, teemo for example.
Not sure about voli, ww, xin, yorick, alistar, aatrox, skarner, ...

I am not that AP Player except Assasins
I have all runes except the ****.

yes, because annies autohit range is so high
also, kennen, nida, in some matchups ahri, singed if you do the backfling aa trick, fizz, teemo

I think kayle isnt that strong
But does the runes work with jax?

Yes. I play jax since a few months with hybrid pen, and its way better than ad/armorpen/armor runes in reds and quints
