to put your file gives me error when starting the game (not found skill_usa.bin) and also the file I sent you is not the same as you as commanded me because mine has: 1816 ids and yours have 1745 ids, please you can check it out?

U've extracted it in "Data" ? ...
And.. if u know how many IDs the skills_usa have.. why u don't take the cooldown out ?

If you've extracted and nothing, the problem is that I can do on my pc but not my skill editor opens.
