There probably is a reason why it's not today but in January. Server is not ready probably. They werent even sure how much cooldown they were going to have, so this is still a work in progress.

So x2 exp, cap 165, 60% casting max. What about skills? Have you changed anything or its gonna be just another rk+rogue server? What about antistun/stone/silence? Will you lower cooldown of windstorm and iceball for wizard? If its old, does that mean that Specialist will have 2 sec cd on Meteo skill with 60%cd? What are the rates in Altar? Do you have something in mind to make titan, ele, tk worth playing? Upgrade is +15 (max I guess) at what rates? % to break with hs and % with runes? Will mobs 140+ be balanced out or one has to kill Compra for 20 mins in the end? It would be nice to allow only up to 2 or 3 multiclients and rather increase coins per box (in mc) than having 172863123 chars around just staying afk for the recall. Are there any cash rewards to support new players in leveling process or can we get cash only at cap?

Maybe they implemented expb as quest rewards, as I see on first page it says quest are for items only. There is already one server with 165 cap and 200-300 ppl around on it, so this one has to offer something better than that one in order to get community going on. And there it is not too hard to get on expbs or any item actually. I hope this one offers something similar
