It is possible without cash, as for 100% cast it's only available at 165 i think or if you buy cash for a cast pot , might be wrong as i've still not seen what moonstatue has to offer.
Quite a lot of cash items are in laca/moonstatue and server will be adjusted furthermore as it's just coming out beta

@Insid , yup they're only 2x.. i did include it in the notepad i sent outlaws yet he hasn't included it i guess.

Old school accessory system with 112 hr and 56 eva and double eva/hr gear aswell.
lots of events, the scheduel can be found on our forums and on top of the scheduel others will be making events at random times
Cube system revamped, if you want to be the best you must complete the daily party quest to gain your level 7 jewels (party play required or it'll take forever to complete) ~note that cube has an PvP System~
Custom c2 seals
Small cash shop
Custom jewels offering mp/hp absorb, mp cons and speed up
SP temple which instantly gives you 200k SP /// Skills cost sp but don't require gold
Start level 1, max level 185.
Custom quests for boss titles ( the bosses are shown on the juno map with a little npc pin)
Daily prison quests made which offer a lot of xp.
Website offers class change and will have 8 character slots/reborn system soon
Customized Moonstatue/Laca ball

We have messed around a little with making classes stronger and will test them fully out against each other on the test server a little later.

Our goal of this server is to bring back previous content and make it usable again at the current 185 level cap and also to bring costum/unseen things to this game

after a bit testing i can say, xp to low, hs rate not good, ingame cash npc to small not very much useful items
