Need SOme 1 Here Pls about Private Server !!!

i would like to do my own Pserver but all the ppls here say every thing with out English i can't understand and when i did try to download and start do mine there the download error no files on it !!

There are only the AquaLung/Havelook files to run your own server. For this server are Video Tuts. These are from 2005.
Newer files aren't public.
