Panther 'Adamant' skill cooldown value

Okay, I already know its client side. But does anyone know the exact value that I need to search for ? I'm not sure if its 15 seconds, but I tried changing the 15000 value to something higher, its still only 15 sec.

(in addition: syntex didnt talk about the ppl on handicapped schools, only about the school so he was kinda only rude to you :P)

well with g31 tiger skill you hit every mob - so if you have a working 1hh + you can hit everymob - hf with 1hh with a lvl 1 char :P

dunno how the kocp 11 is scripted but is there a protection of negativ attack points?
