Why Rev 8.3 not work for me

i was looking it how to doo colldown hack and other things os i downloa Rev 8.3 and in other post was that go in kalonline and then turn on rev but when i do it kal just turn off and i get some error why that??

It's true that some UCEs working on newest KOSP, but they don't working on later versions of KOSP/KOCP, who gives a ****
