[LF/buying] instagram bot that opens/replies & likes direct msgs

hey fam,

looking for a IG bot, preferably w/ source, preferably in Python, with the following features:

- opening/accepting DM requests
- responding to said DM's w/ editable responses from a separate text file
- hearting/liking said DM's
- message once/twice a month to older DM's with editable messages from separate text file
- looks for specific fotos with hastags (#example) and likes/responds to said hashtags

anyone know something that comes close or is willing to code? have 'some' budget.
