Make sure you are running the game in Windowed Fullscreen
Aimbot works best with mouse sensitivity in H1Z1 at 0,3 or lower


Keys:

Alt+F1 = Hide Radar
Alt+F2 = InGame map
Alt+F3 = Change map
Holding down Capslock = aim at the body of the nearest enemy
Holding down CTRL = aim to the head of the nearest enemy
Insert = inGame menu
