Title. Im looking for something that changes personal stats such as power/precision/whatever, I heard something exists but i literally cant find anything

I checked the but it seems it doesnt have any kind of stat modifier, unless im missing something?

edit-talked with developer, he confirmed this is not possible with his toolbox
