Make sure you have the proper .NET framework installed & the redistrib package installed aswell ( even the XNA framework ) as making sure your antivirus doesn't eat it since it has protection to prevent tampering in it and make sure you give it admin rights or try running it even in compatibility mode with a different OS. Worse case try adding an exception to DEP ( start>control panel>system>advanced system settings>advanced>Data Execution Prevention>Add Unf.exe ) and then run it.

It also would help if you explain instead of 'doesnt start'. Does it throw an exception? Do you have antivirus blocking it? Are the packages installed?

I can't fix/help something if you don't post in the proper thread & explain what happens.
