Would probably be a work around for some skills like cry of pain to see wether or not the specific condition is met.

its possible to do, but just halfway, i dont have the wehole of the combat field data to make a reliable solution for all cases, i think i can add this with python tough, it leaves room to create more niche functionality, ill look into addin *** the the planned HeroAI expansion pack

toolbox doesn't work in PVP so no it would not work in hero's ascent.

Temporary fix was added, included modified toolbox version that works with the plugins, a real. Solution will be worked out once compiler changes take effect
