[RELEASE] dxk's zitem.xml editor v1.0 (includes BruteCRC32 and mrs decompiler)

New release!
It's a program to edit the weapons in zitem.xml with an INTERFACE!
Yes, I know system.mrs hacks have been patched on ijji, but this could still be helpful if we figure out how to get them working again, or on private servers.
It's probably buggy, I have tested it and it seems to work alright, but I haven't done any extensive testing so let me know if you encounter any problems.
This includes an mrs decompiler/compiler as well as Linux1988's BruteCRC32.
I have also provided the unhacked system.mrs, packed and unpacked, with the unhacked zitem.xml.
