Be warned. This seller will change prices at the last minute on their website after you have contacted them inquiring about the listed price on the website (dynamic pricing) and will most likely not honor the price listed. My advice is to take a screenshot of the website before you contact them.
Otherwise, a decent trade other than the fact that he basically used shady tactics the second time.

What you're referring to is actually called dynamic pricing, sad to see you think this is in any way shady or malicious, your explanation of dynamic pricing sadly isn't correct see wiki: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Dynamic_pricing
Dynamic pricing is a very common pricing strategy and necessary for guild wars 2 as item value in guild wars 2 constantly changes, thus the real life value changes as well. The prices on my site are based on the 1st listed item value on the trading post ingame. The site clearly says at the bottom of the page the price information is not necessarily for trading purposes as I'm simply not always able to provide an item for x price. (Which is why I require all my customers to contact me before a trade is actually made). If you would like to discuss this further please contact me by PM or skype.
