You can choose a character which are below level 70 to jump up the level to exactly level 70 (includes 4th skill, all jobs (except lime, asin, veigas & edel)). You will get those rewards:

Level 70 - Jump event rewards
Iron Mask Weapon
Thanatos’ Upper Armor
Thanatos’ Lower Armor
Thanatos’ Gloves
Thanatos’ Shoes
Thanatos’ Helmet
Perseo’s Accessory
+7 Wind Necklace, Anklet

And a mission when you reach the max level you will get those rewards:

Phantom Phoenix’s Weapon
Phantom Phoenix’s Upper armor
Phantom Phoenix’s Lower armor
Phantom Phoenix’s Gloves

that's funny cause i jumped asin to 70 and got the mission and i didnt even have asin..(on this account) but i do now
