Eror 0x3 Help Pls...

I've been trying to patch my GCPH since yesterday..
and all I'm getting is this error (Error 0x3)
Can you guys help me fix my client?

Hallo bite helft mir ich habe heute CF ganz normalgestarted und wollte spielen aber dan hat es mir die ganze Zeit soket eror angezeigt und zwar wenn es beim HGW unten noch vor chaking 5 gestanden war!
