Unhappy Erorr 0x3

Okay so I have this erorr 0x3.

I cant open my game,I cant open grandchase website,I cant open levelupgames website.What is up!!!

Can someone tell me how to fix this.

I just had thios problem today(November 28,2009 Saturday)

Please help!

if you cant open the game... you have made something wrong about the installation...


if you cant open the grand chase site.. you probally made some change about the settings of your browser... like cookies or java script...


try to change everything.... not all always caused by a virus....

i also have this problem... i cant open my grand chase... i have 6 pc's and no one works...
what ISP you are using... im using smartbro... while other computer shop here are using digitel and their grand chase are working fine

Yo.! Also ich hab mir mal das neue AvP geloaden und alles wunderbar.. wolte es starten und mir wurde gesagt binkw32.dll fehlt, also hab ichs runter geladen und unter Windows in System/System32 gepackt.
