D/C in Dungeons with vac

I get major d/c issues in dungeons with vac on and i heard to use the Non Agro script with the speed increase instead. The problem is when i use the Non Agro script the monsters go all wacky and run all over the place and i cant hit them as well. Does anybody know how to fix this?

Is there any way of getting into a dungeon before you're supposed to? I don't want to hack in public, so I'd love to do Crespo A,B and C, but I'm only lvl 54. Please link me up with a tut or explain!
