1. No IGN no HACK DL
the Downloader must first send his/her IGN to TANGKARON (who knows mosts of the IGN's of our fellow members) via Private Message.
REASON:
By giving the IGN it is easy to identify the character who's using the MLE in the PVP and post it in the
Qwerty's thread. By postin it here the IGN KEEPER tangkaron will notify the MOD if the IGN had been identified as one of our members. and the necessary action is up to the Mod to ban the player in the forum.
2. NO GIVING OF NEW MLE RELEASE TO NEW MEMBERS OF THE FORUM
REASON:
The same as guideline number 1. to prevent the PVP abusers
*ung mga new release na hacks dapat existing lng for 15-30 mins if mangyayari un mas kokonti ang mkakalaam like ung gngwa ni Mod Chiharu but dpat delete na ang LINK after the given time span. And kung nahingi cla ng Link they must follow the Guidelines mentioned
MoD Chiharu, u could assemble a team na pde mo sa knla send ung link ng hack 1st instead of releasing it sa public ( IGN KEEPERS ). bka mahirapan nga naman kung 1 person lng. mas mgnda kung i announce n lng na may NEW RELEASE then it's up to the SELECTED and TRUSTED IGN KEEPERS to distribute it. pero i would suggest TANGKARON to be the head kc mdami n xa alam na IGN. but the final decision is up to you.
