Help! I Cant Play Gc

Here are the things that I do...

*I patch the grandchase
*After the long patch of my grandchase I start it
*Then another patch shows in my game guard

*Then after that, I know there should be loading that will show in the screen but I only see is pure white and I waited so long but only end process is showing in my screen.

I open it many times but it is always the same kind of error .

Pls Help me I dont know what to do and i want to play GC

It seems you're having problems launching GC main.

There's no message error that appearing in my screen, just the end process. It is possible that i cant play gc because of my computer? Then what should i do ?

Can you post here what are the system information of your computer?

I suppose he/she is saying that allow GC at your firewall.
Or just disable it.

I did this, I allow and disable GC in my firewall but nothing change. I still cant proceed in GC.

Seems your System Information is just right.
I suppose there are some system files that the GC client needs.
Just like DirectX.

If it is still like that, try to contact the customer support.

Everything Seems to be fine for me :\ Maybe you have a low performance computer or a slow net connection.

Well maybe i will only play in any shop . That is my only option. Losing hope in fixing my gc .
