GCPH: New boss pets and monster cards.

This weeks new pet is Astaroth and Bakunawa.
I have been circling around GC parks, and I tell you. Some people got lucky and said that they got their bakunawa on their 1st try.

Anyway, To create mini Astaroth you need his manual (Get it from him from any champion mode in Xenia, obviously) , 100 xenia pearls, and a total of 650 GATE ORES (Happy hunting!)

So, again, your character's level has nothing to do with your chances of getting a boss pet. It is completely random.

But my advice is to farm ores in KazeAaze's castle or Kustulle Upper floor, because it only takes about 4 to 7 minutes to clear it; unlike in bermeshia's last stand, where the jump stages are revolting and it takes more than 8 minutes to clear it if your not in a party or when your low leveled. And since the chances of getting mini armon in these dungeons, its best to go to the one with the least amount of time needed to clear it.

And for those who are almost ready to give up on getting the boss pets; don't worry. As the saying goes, "Rome wasn't built in a day". It took me 3 days to get the 2 boss pets, it was no easy work. ^_^

You can get the boss pets in any part of the BOSS' continents

for the last 50 tries with different characters
and still no Armon jr. !

just a question about the pets . ..

does the dmg of the pet increase with its level??
or it just depends on the character's atk dmg??

the book drops (by chance) after defeating the gate boss,
it will be visible in the message box after getting the loot

Another TIP : FARM ONLY BY YOURSELF.. Getting ores/books/chest are random like getting armors...

True, it is better to go hunting by yourself; this is to prevent the round robin (Who ever did the most damage or who laid the 1st and last hit) or the free-for-all (Finders keepers) loot system.

But the problem is, some begginers might not be able to handle the bosses alone.

Level grinding and getting extra buffs from your tree of life might increase the chances for begginers to survive boss attacks.

Hey Guys, where can I get Tiny Astaroth Pet Scroll? I've been running through Xenia Dungeons (Champion Mode) lately, and I hardly get even one! I've been doing this for about 100+ Times. Is there any tips that you can give about hunting this friggin' Pet Scroll?
