nope, all the crit cards were lowered, not only s3 cards. even if u look at the collection of all monster cards, all of their stats have changed

CRIT CARDS = LOWERED

COUNTER RESIST CARDS = DOUBLED! (now i got 100% counter resist on my gacha set!)
