Fast Upgrading RUNES in GCPH...

all knows how plus it into 9. my HONOR RUNE is +11 now and my rune in armor & helm is +10

last time i use lagging the network in gc in upgrading rune only using aging cores +7 become +10 in jst one click.. after i click the upgrade i press escape and enter other server. my +7 rune becom +10 and +8 rune become +11
